Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draftsman and Senior Architectural Draftsman to join our team in Riyadh. This role focuses on designing and producing detailed drawings for turnkey fit-out projects encompassing retail stores, food and beverage outlets, offices, and banking environments. The ideal candidate will be proficient in CAD and Revit software, capable of delivering precise and efficient drawings to support project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage comprehensive CAD and Revit drawings for various fit-out projects.
• Coordinate closely with engineering teams to ensure design alignment and smooth project flow.
• Review third-party drawings thoroughly to verify compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Conduct site visits to gather data for design verification and resolve technical queries accurately.
• Prepare Requests for Information (RFIs) to clarify design ambiguities and facilitate timely project progress.
• Maintain detailed drawing logs to monitor revisions and updates systematically throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Possession of an ITI, Diploma, or a related qualification in architectural drafting or design.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience specializing in joinery and fit-out drawings utilizing Revit software.
• Strong expertise in 3D modeling techniques and architectural visualization.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
