Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Telesales Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role requires a confident Arabic speaker with a background in sales, ideally with experience in membership sales or the fitness industry. Candidates must be currently residing in the UAE and ready to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote products and memberships.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about offers and services.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Required Skills and Experience

• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory for effective communication with clients.
• Proven experience in sales or telesales, preferably within membership-based services.
• Familiarity with the fitness industry will be considered an asset.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills to close sales efficiently.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
