Key Responsibilities

The Sales & Operations Manager will:

• Lead and mentor the Sales Executive team, monitoring performance and fostering professional growth.
• Hold full accountability for day-to-day operations and overall business results at Genius Uniforms.
• Manage supply chain logistics to guarantee timely and accurate delivery of manufactured uniforms.
• Coordinate production schedules with factory teams to align manufacturing output with sales commitments.
• Design and implement sales strategies aimed at expanding our B2B client base and driving revenue growth.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience leading sales teams and managing logistics or delivery operations.
• Strong leadership abilities paired with problem-solving and sound decision-making skills.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of taking full ownership of the business.
• Background in the garment, textile, or uniform manufacturing industry will be highly advantageous.

Compensation and Work Terms

The position offers a monthly salary of 4500 SAR plus performance-based incentives. A probation period of six months will apply.
