Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Transport Dispatcher to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves coordinating daily transport operations, managing truck dispatch, and ensuring efficient delivery schedules within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Transport Dispatcher will be responsible for dispatching trucks and drivers based on daily transportation needs. The role includes coordinating with drivers for loading, unloading, and delivery tasks, monitoring active trips, and regularly communicating with drivers to address any issues. Keeping accurate records of trip details and transport data using Microsoft Excel is essential. The dispatcher will also assign vehicles to different loads, track delivery statuses, report delays or operational challenges, and maintain communication between customers, drivers, and the operations team. Assisting with route planning and preparing regular transport reports is also part of the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate degree is required.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for managing transport data.
• Good understanding of the transportation and logistics sector, including truck dispatching, route and trip planning, driver coordination, and load tracking.
• Experience working in a transport or logistics company is highly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
• Preference given to candidates currently residing in Riyadh.

Salary and Benefits

The position offers a basic monthly salary ranging between SAR 2,300 and SAR 2,500. The company provides accommodation and transportation for employees, along with Iqama sponsorship. Food expenses will be the responsibility of the candidate.
