Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Building Engineer to join our team in Dammam. This role requires handling civil, architectural, and MEP works in building projects with a focus on maintenance and procurement coordination. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and have solid experience with EPC or main contractor companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee civil, architectural, and MEP aspects of building projects.
• Coordinate procurement activities, including purchase follow-ups and material management.
• Manage maintenance-related purchases in collaboration with Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance departments.
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination among various teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5 to 10 years of professional experience with EPC or main contractors; consultancy experience will not be considered.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and their integration in building projects.
• Proven expertise in procurement coordination and maintenance processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Work Schedule and Location

This position is based in Dammam with a five-day working week and alternating Saturdays off. The daily working hours are 8 hours.
