L&T Technology Services Limited is seeking a dedicated System Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This role involves managing and maintaining both hardware and software systems to ensure smooth operation and enhance IT infrastructure security.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and supporting computer operating systems, responding promptly to security alerts, and solving usability issues. You’ll manage backups and help desk requests, administer network infrastructure components such as firewalls and malware protection tools, and carry out necessary system upgrades to improve performance and security. Additionally, installation and testing of computer-related equipment, as well as reviewing application logs, will be crucial aspects of this role.

Required Skills

• Strong technical knowledge in computer hardware and software troubleshooting
• Experience in configuring and managing client-based operating systems
• Proficiency in monitoring systems and addressing security concerns
• Ability to manage backup processes and respond to help desk queries efficiently
• Familiarity with firewall administration, database management, and malware protection software
• Skilled in installing, testing, and maintaining computer equipment
