Key Responsibilities

Each managerial role holds specific duties aligned with the respective function, but common responsibilities include overseeing project execution, managing resources, maintaining safety and quality standards, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving operational excellence within a fast-paced project environment.

Required Skills and Experience

• Extensive managerial experience in large-scale construction, infrastructure, or mega projects
• Strong technical expertise applicable to the position
• Excellent leadership and communication skills for effective team and stakeholder management
• Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, high-pressure settings
• Professional certifications related to the role are an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum 10 to 15 years of management experience
• Prior involvement with government, infrastructure, industrial, or large construction projects is highly valued
