Marvel Group | Med-Add is seeking a motivated Freelance Business Development Leader to expand its presence in Riyadh’s pharmaceutical market. Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Leader, you will be the face of Marvel Group / Med-Add in Riyadh’s pharmaceutical sector. Your duties include:

• Presenting the company’s innovative modules, solutions, and capabilities to potential clients
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with Product, Brand, Medical, Marketing, and Commercial managers
• Spotting new business opportunities and generating high-quality leads
• Understanding client needs to effectively present tailored solutions
• Managing sales opportunities from initial contact through to purchase order completion
• Supporting ongoing client engagement and nurturing future business prospects

Required Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates who bring strong industry connections and a results-driven mindset, including:

• Established relationships within pharmaceutical companies across Riyadh
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders such as Product and Brand Managers, Medical and Commercial Leaders
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• A proven track record in Business Development, Pharmaceutical Sales, Marketing, or Healthcare Solutions
• The confidence to represent a forward-thinking organization in high-level discussions
• Strong networking skills to open doors and convert leads into business

Compensation and Benefits

This freelance role operates on a performance-based incentive model, offering an attractive earning potential commensurate with your results. There is no fixed salary, but high incentives of up to 15% are available, rewarding your direct contribution in securing new business.
