Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Assistant HR professional to join our team located in Doha, Qatar. This role involves managing essential HR functions including employee records, attendance tracking, recruitment assistance, payroll coordination, and general HR administration. The position offers a monthly salary of QAR 4,000 as a full package.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily HR operations. Duties include maintaining accurate employee files, monitoring attendance records, assisting with the recruitment process, coordinating payroll activities, and ensuring smooth workflow within the HR department.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience working in HR, preferably within Qatar
• Strong familiarity with Qatar Labour Law and HR compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Candidate Requirements
