Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Stakeholder Engineer to join ASGC Construction, a subsidiary of ASGC Group in Abu Dhabi. This role involves managing coordination and approvals across civil, architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines for major construction projects. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in liaising with various government authorities and utility providers to ensure smooth project progress and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the submission and approval process for civil, architectural, structural, and MEP work packages.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with Abu Dhabi Municipality, Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT), Civil Defence, and utility companies.
• Manage all documentation related to authority approvals, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Monitor compliance with project requirements and enforce adherence to local regulations and standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architecture, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years working on projects within Abu Dhabi.
• Proven track record with UAE main contractors or consultancies, well-versed in local authority submission systems and approval workflows.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and resolve issues efficiently.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
