Key Responsibilities

The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas meet the hotel’s hygiene and quality standards. The role involves managing and coordinating housekeeping staff, providing training and guidance, monitoring cleaning schedules, and addressing any guest requests or complaints related to cleanliness. Maintaining a safe and organized work environment is also a critical aspect of this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor within the hotel industry.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to effectively manage the housekeeping team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for reporting and communication purposes.
• A keen eye for detail to ensure impeccable cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.
• Immediate availability to join and willingness to work in the UAE.

Remuneration and Benefits

The position offers a monthly salary of AED 2,000, alongside benefits compliant with UAE Labour Law. This ensures a fair working environment consistent with local employment standards.
