Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Hybris Technical Consultant to join a leading organization in Dubai. This role involves managing and supporting SAP Hybris platforms with a focus on integration, campaign management, and technical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP integration flows and API services along with hands-on experience in various Hybris technical operations.

Key Responsibilities

The position requires the consultant to perform several critical functions including user and role administration, maintaining seed lists, and managing commercial pressure rules. You will diagnose and resolve campaign-related issues while coordinating campaign releases across Email, SMS, and social platforms with relevant stakeholders.

Other responsibilities include monitoring domain reputation and collaborating with subject matter experts, responding to ‘how-to’ queries, conducting smoke testing and quality assurance in production environments after patches, and updating digital web platforms for campaigns. You will also lead training initiatives to keep skills current with the latest Hybris features.

Additional duties involve continuous monitoring of CPI, setting up approval workflows, registering and maintaining sender profiles for email and SMS, and managing reply-to mailbox configurations. Supporting marketing campaign performance reports, maintaining opt-in and opt-out user lists by marketing area, and handling monthly campaign response data uploads to Amazon S3 are also part of this role.

The consultant will raise and follow up on tool-related issues with SAP support, troubleshoot integration service issues, and manage SMS sender ID registration with the ESP for UAE users.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in SAP integration flows and API services
• Experience with user and roles administration in SAP Hybris
• Ability to manage campaign-related systems, including commercial pressure rules and seed lists
• Competence in troubleshooting and supporting campaign release processes across multiple channels
• Hands-on knowledge of quality assurance, smoke testing, and patch updates in production environments
• Proficiency in monitoring CPI and setting up approval workflows
• Experience in maintaining sender profiles and reply-to mailboxes for email and SMS communications
• Familiarity with marketing campaign data handling and reporting
• Skill in raising support cases with SAP and following up until resolution
• Understanding of SMS sender ID registration processes in the UAE
