Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Petroleum Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role offers flexible working arrangements, including remote and on-site options. The ideal candidate will bring advanced expertise in reservoir analysis and field operations to drive optimal hydrocarbon recovery and ensure safe and efficient resource extraction.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Interpreting reservoir data, well logs, and production figures to enhance hydrocarbon recovery and accurately forecast output.
• Designing and evaluating drilling and production techniques with a focus on efficiency and safety.
• Formulating and implementing comprehensive field development plans, including conducting economic feasibility studies for new assets.
• Monitoring well performance, addressing operational challenges, and applying artificial lift or intervention methods as needed.
• Maintaining strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental protocols across all operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of practical experience in petroleum engineering, reservoir evaluation, or drilling operations.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in industry-standard engineering software such as Eclipse, Petrel, Prosper, MBAL, or Kappa.
• Strong understanding of reservoir behavior, fluid dynamics, and enhanced oil recovery techniques.
• Excellent analytical abilities, technical report writing, and leadership skills capable of guiding cross-functional teams.
