Job Overview

Medcare is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Insurance Executive to join our Revenue Cycle Management team, focusing on claims resubmission and denial management. This role requires a thorough understanding of inpatient and outpatient claims processing, billing, and coding within the healthcare insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process resubmission of inpatient (IP) and outpatient (OP) claims efficiently.
• Handle denial management by identifying claim discrepancies and coordinating corrective actions.
• Apply knowledge of Diagnosis-Related Group (DRG) and Fee-for-Service (FFS) billing methodologies to optimize claim approvals.
• Ensure compliance with payer guidelines, authorization protocols, and coding standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• 1 to 3 years of experience in IP/OP claims resubmission and denial resolution.
• Strong familiarity with DRG and FFS billing systems, medical coding, and healthcare authorization processes.
• Understanding of payer requirements and insurance claim processing standards.
• Previous experience with UAE healthcare insurance claims is highly preferred.
