Job Overview

Design Concepts is actively seeking qualified professionals for a variety of key roles across construction, fit-out, sales, procurement, and health and safety disciplines. Candidates with the right experience and a strong commitment to excellence are encouraged to apply. Immediate joiners currently in the UAE will be given preference.

Available Positions and Requirements

1. Senior Accountant

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience within Construction, Fit-Out, or Contracting industries
• Proven leadership skills managing accounting teams

2. Junior Accountant

• At least 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE market

3. Driver

• 3+ years of driving experience, preferably with a 3-ton pickup vehicle

4. HSE Engineer

• 4 to 5 years’ experience in Fit-Out, Interior Contracting, or Construction industries
• Strong knowledge of UAE, Qatar, or Oman health, safety, and environment regulations
• Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards is advantageous
• Candidates must demonstrate relevant HSE expertise to qualify

5. Sales Executive – Glass & Aluminium Division

• 2 to 5 years of sales experience in Glass, Metal, Aluminium, Fit-Out, or Construction sectors
• Well-established client network within the UAE construction/interior market
• UAE driving license preferred

6. Sales Executive – Upholstery & Furniture Division

• 2 to 5 years sales background in Upholstery, Furniture, or Interior Fit-Out
• Strong connections with UAE clientele
• Holding a UAE driving license is an advantage

7. Procurement & Inventory Executive

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing procurement and inventory functions
• Experience in Construction, Fit-Out, or Contracting industries preferred

8. Site Supervisor

• 3 to 5 years’ experience overseeing Interior Fit-Out projects
• Background in Commercial, Retail, Residential, or Hospitality projects
