Key Responsibilities

As a Courier Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily activities of delivery couriers, ensuring that all operations meet performance standards and KPIs. You will lead your team effectively, motivating and guiding couriers to optimize delivery efficiency and accuracy.

In the role of Drop Point Supervisor, your duties will include supervising the drop point or branch operations, managing team performance, monitoring operational workflows, and resolving any issues that arise to maintain smooth logistics functioning. Both positions require close attention to operational targets and collaboration with team members to meet company goals.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in courier services, logistics, last-mile delivery, or related fields.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience supervising delivery teams or branch operations.
• Good understanding of delivery operations, including key performance indicators.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
• Previous professional experience within Saudi Arabia is preferred.
