The Regency Hotel in Kuwait is seeking experienced and skilled waitresses, both local candidates and those from overseas, to enhance our hospitality team. This role offers the chance to work in a prestigious 5-star environment, delivering exceptional food and beverage service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

As a waitress at The Regency Hotel, you will play a vital role in creating memorable guest experiences by:

• Preparing banquet and function rooms in accordance with Banquet Event Orders (BEO).
• Serving food and beverages efficiently while adhering to 5-star service standards.
• Following the proper service sequence to ensure top guest satisfaction.
• Addressing guest inquiries and managing complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas and equipment.
• Complying with all hotel policies and safety regulations.
• Being flexible to work various shifts and across different outlets as needed.

Requirements

Ideal candidates will bring:

• A high school diploma; a hotel management diploma is an added advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience working in food and beverage outlets within a 5-star setting, or a minimum of 1 year in a 5-star hotel.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Familiarity with modern POS systems used in hospitality environments.
• A pleasant personality complemented by a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Solid understanding of hygiene, safety, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols.
