Job Overview

Foodpanda is seeking a committed and proactive Admin and Travel Associate to join our HR team in Pakistan. This role is ideal for an individual who is self-motivated and confident in managing their responsibilities independently while collaborating closely with management. The position is primarily based in Karachi and reports directly to the Deputy Manager of HR.

Key Responsibilities

As an Admin and Travel Associate, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks efficiently while managing travel arrangements. You will play a pivotal role in streamlining office processes and ensuring smooth coordination between departments. Attention to detail and ownership of your projects will be essential for success in this role.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of one year experience in a similar administrative or travel coordination role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, or familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
  • Process-driven and highly data-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of responsibilities and lead projects independently.
  • Driven, ambitious, and proactive in work ethic.
