Dhofar Global is seeking a skilled Chemical Service Technician to join their team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on the installation and maintenance of chemical dispensing systems that support cleaning and sanitation processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to provide exceptional customer service and training.

Key Responsibilities

The Chemical Service Technician will be responsible for installing and performing preventive maintenance on chemical dispensing and dosing equipment. This includes servicing equipment integral to hygiene and sanitation programs, conducting product demonstrations for clients, and maintaining accurate service records. The position requires availability to respond promptly to emergency service requests around the clock.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have a diploma or ITI certification in Electrical or Mechanical fields, supported by at least two years of relevant experience. Prior exposure to hygiene and sanitation programs is preferred. The role demands excellent communication skills in English, Arabic, and Hindi. A valid driving license and willingness to travel across various regions within Saudi Arabia are essential.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working within Saudi Arabia is highly desirable, enhancing familiarity with local industry standards and customer expectations. The ability to manage fieldwork independently and communicate effectively with diverse clients will be advantageous.
