We are seeking an experienced Procurement Executive to join an international school in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in procurement with a minimum of five years’ experience across any industry. Proficiency in e-procurement and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is highly preferred to manage purchasing activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

The Procurement Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating the procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services required by the school. This includes vendor management, negotiating contracts, and maintaining procurement records. The role demands a proactive approach to upgrading procurement strategies and leveraging technology such as e-procurement platforms.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of professional experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
• Familiarity with e-procurement systems and ERP software for streamlining procurement operations.
• Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic international school environment.

Additional Requirements

Applicants must hold a transferable Iqama to be considered for this position. A graduate degree in any discipline is required. Candidates should be prepared to work in a diverse, international school setting.
