Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Operations Supervisor or Team Leader based in Riyadh, specializing in HungerStation and Keeta platforms. This role requires a hands-on leader to oversee a team of delivery riders, ensuring smooth operations and high performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Delivery Operations Supervisor, your main duties will include:

• Managing and supervising delivery riders daily to maintain optimal performance.
• Handling rider queries, complaints, and operational issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitoring rider metrics such as attendance, login hours, and order completion rates.
• Driving productivity improvements and meeting set daily and monthly delivery targets.
• Providing guidance and support to low-performing riders to help enhance their output.
• Ensuring compliance with company rules, platform requirements, and operational procedures at all times.
• Coordinating effectively between riders and operations management to resolve urgent issues swiftly.
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives for new riders to build a strong delivery team.
• Preparing detailed daily performance reports highlighting areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience with HungerStation and Keeta delivery operations is essential.
• Strong understanding of food delivery processes within Saudi Arabia.
• Previous background managing delivery teams or riders effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities to handle rider challenges.
• Ability to work under pressure while managing a large and diverse team.
• Good knowledge of performance metrics and platform operations related to delivery services.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is preferred for reporting and tracking purposes.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred; knowledge of Hindi, Urdu, or Bangla is considered an advantage.
• Availability to work on-site in Riyadh is required.
