Job Overview

We are urgently seeking seasoned Senior Quantity Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors with extensive fit-out experience to join a high-profile project located in the Red Sea region of Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong commercial expertise and a proven track record in contract management and cost control within the construction industry. Immediate start is required, with contracts initially for 3 months and potential extensions.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be responsible for measuring and pricing work, submitting variations, and managing claims efficiently. Key duties include carrying out quantity take-offs, assessing initial (IFT) and issued for construction (IFC) design changes, managing lump-sum contract administration, and maintaining rigorous cost control throughout the project lifespan. Strong communication skills are essential for handling contractual and commercial correspondence effectively.

Required Skills and Experience

• Senior Quantity Surveyors: Minimum 12 years of relevant construction and fit-out experience.
• Quantity Surveyors: At least 10 years’ experience in quantity surveying with a focus on fit-out projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in variations and claims management.
• Thorough understanding of cost impact analysis related to design changes.
• Proficiency in contract administration and commercial correspondence.

Job Details

The positions are based in the Red Sea region of Saudi Arabia. Candidates must currently reside in KSA and hold a valid IQAMA to be considered. Immediate availability to start upon selection is mandatory.
