Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC After-Sales and Technical Support Engineer to join a reputable company in Dubai, UAE. This role involves managing after-sales service operations and providing expert technical support across the MEA region, focusing on RAC, CAC, and VRF systems.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing AMC operations and executing service activities across the Middle East and Africa. This includes planning and conducting preventive maintenance to maintain optimal system performance. You will lead troubleshooting efforts and perform root cause analysis to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Effective collaboration with headquarters, service partners, and customers is essential to ensure timely resolution of technical challenges. Monitoring service performance through SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction metrics will be a continuous task. Additionally, you will ensure a steady supply of spare parts to support uninterrupted service operations.

Delivering technical training and conducting performance audits for service partners will be part of your responsibilities, along with preparing detailed operational reports and identifying opportunities to improve service processes. Supporting new product launches by ensuring full technical compliance and service readiness is also expected. Strict adherence to company technical standards, safety regulations, and service procedures is mandatory.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC Engineering, or a closely related field. You should bring at least five years of experience in HVAC after-sales service or technical support, with in-depth knowledge of RAC, CAC, and VRF systems.

Competency in CRM or Service Management software is required, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook to manage reporting and communication effectively.
