Key Responsibilities

The Operation Executive will be responsible for managing customs documentation via the Dubai Trade portal and handling municipality clearance processes. Daily shipping and logistics coordination, including import/export documentation and timely shipment processing, form core duties. The role also involves liaising effectively with shipping lines, transporters, and customers to ensure smooth communication. Monitoring shipment status and providing accurate updates to clients is essential. Additionally, the position entails preparing MIS reports and maintaining detailed operational records. Compliance with company policies and adherence to international shipping regulations is critical. Supporting warehouse and logistics teams to optimize workflow will also be a key function.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree or a relevant diploma, preferably in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. Proven experience in shipping and logistics operations, particularly handling import/export, freight, and documentation, is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital to coordinate across various stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with logistics software tools will aid in efficient task execution. The ability to multitask and perform well under pressure is important. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Urdu is necessary for effective communication within the diverse work environment.
