Kirpa Properties is currently seeking a skilled Videographer and Video Editor to enhance their digital presence through compelling real estate videos. Based in Dubai, this role offers a creative opportunity to produce engaging content across various social media platforms, supporting the brand’s growth and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for filming, editing, and producing high-quality video content tailored for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. This includes handling video shoots with professional equipment, creating visually appealing narratives, and managing post-production processes to deliver polished final products that highlight Kirpa Properties’ real estate offerings.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of two years’ experience in videography and video editing.
• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating creative video production capabilities.
• Proficiency with industry-standard editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Hands-on expertise with cameras, lighting setups, gimbals, and audio gear.
• Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to produce engaging and visually compelling content.
• Experience crafting videos specifically for social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Preference given to applicants with prior real estate video content experience.
• Additional photography skills are advantageous.
• A creative mindset paired with strong attention to detail.

Benefits and Work Schedule

This position offers a monthly salary of up to AED 3,000. The working days are Monday through Saturday, making it an ideal role for those passionate about real estate and digital media production in Dubai’s dynamic market.
