Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Zoho One Specialist to manage, configure, and optimize the Zoho ecosystem for a leading organization based in the United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time position requiring candidates to be currently residing and authorized to work in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive management and enhancement of Zoho One applications including Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho POS, Zoho ERP, and Zoho CRM. You will ensure smooth integration between these platforms and tailor system functionalities to meet evolving business needs.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience managing Zoho One applications.
• Strong technical and functional proficiency in core Zoho apps such as Zoho Books, Inventory, POS, ERP, and CRM.
• Proven track record supported by documented Zoho project experience or relevant certifications.

Important Notes

This role is highly specialized and is not open to general CRM or ERP consultants, IT personnel, administrators, or accountants lacking direct and deep expertise in Zoho One. Candidates without verifiable Zoho One specialization will be automatically disqualified.
