Key Responsibilities

As a Waitress or Hostess, you will serve as the face of the lounge, ensuring every guest experience is welcoming and enjoyable. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing reservations, providing attentive table service, and maintaining a pleasant and organized environment. Delivering exceptional customer service and effectively communicating with both guests and kitchen staff are essential for success in these roles.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic is preferred to better engage with local customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
• A friendly, approachable demeanor coupled with a professional attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
