Key Responsibilities

The Accountant will handle a variety of duties including recording daily financial transactions accurately to maintain up-to-date accounting records. Managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is crucial, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation of transactions.

Additional responsibilities include conducting bank, customer, supplier, and ledger reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial data. The role also involves assisting with payroll processing and entering related accounting data to support seamless payroll operations.

The Accountant will be responsible for verifying and processing VAT-related transactions in compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintaining fixed asset registers and calculating depreciation schedules will help keep the company’s asset information current.

Supporting month-end and year-end closing procedures is essential to finalize financial statements and reports accurately within deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
