Job Overview

A reputable services company based in Al Khobar is seeking a Mechanical QC Engineer for immediate deployment on a long-term rental basis. The position supports power plant projects located in Riyadh and nearby Nariyah, focusing on site erection, inspection, and quality control for power plant machinery and related infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

The Mechanical QC Engineer will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance and control processes during power plant construction and shutdown activities. Primary duties include managing site erection of tanks, steel structures, boilers, turbines, and other mechanical equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and engineering standards. The role demands coordination with project management teams to maintain project timelines and quality benchmarks.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in power plant projects, including shutdowns and mechanical machinery installation.
• Strong background in site erection activities, including tanks and steel structure inspections.
• Sound knowledge of HSE, QA/QC protocols, and project management best practices.
• Excellent English communication skills to effectively liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
• Must hold a valid Iqama and possess an engineering degree or diploma relevant to mechanical engineering.

• Static & Rotating QC Engineer
• Mechanical QA/QC Engineer
• Static & Rotating Engineer with expertise in multi-disciplinary mechanical erection work such as steel structures, boilers, turbines, and tanks.

Work Location

Successful candidates will be assigned to projects based in Riyadh and Nariyah, Saudi Arabia.
