We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our coffee shop team located in Dammam/Qatif. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in the café or restaurant industry.

Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of the coffee shop. Your duties will include supervising staff to maintain high service standards, managing inventory and supplies efficiently, and handling cash transactions along with sales reporting. You will also be responsible for keeping the establishment clean and upholding hygiene protocols. Additionally, working closely with the manager, you will contribute towards meeting the coffee shop’s sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in café or restaurant operations is preferred
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Basic English language skills; Arabic is an advantage
• Valid and transferable Iqama is required
• Filipino nationality preferred
