Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and professional Waiters and Waitresses to join the hospitality teams in Qatar. The ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience working in reputable 4 or 5-star hotels or well-established restaurants. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth order taking and food service, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serving food and beverages with attention to detail and professionalism.
• Setting up tables according to restaurant standards.
• Providing excellent guest service to enhance the dining experience.
• Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of one year’s experience as a Waiter or Waitress in a luxury hotel or established restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of menu items and food service protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Maintains a neat and professional appearance.
• A valid Qatar ID and Food Handler Certificate are mandatory. Please ensure to attach the Food Handler Certificate with your application.
