Job Overview

We are currently seeking experienced HVAC Technicians and motivated HVAC Helpers to join our team in Bahrain. This opportunity is ideal for individuals skilled in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of air conditioning systems who are ready for immediate employment.

Key Responsibilities

HVAC Technician: Perform installations, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of various HVAC systems, including split units, package systems, and ducted air conditioners. Technicians will be expected to work independently and ensure all tasks meet quality and safety standards.

HVAC Helpers: Assist HVAC Technicians during installation and maintenance tasks on-site, support daily operations, and maintain a safe working environment. Helpers will also develop HVAC skills under technician guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

For HVAC Technicians:

• Diploma or technical qualification in HVAC or related field.
• 2 to 3 years of practical experience in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Valid GCC driving license is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of split, package, and ducted air conditioning units.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

For HVAC Helpers:

• Basic understanding or background in HVAC operations.
• Experience supporting technicians with installation and repair work.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a hands-on environment.
• Physically fit with a strong work ethic.
