Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Sales Merchandiser to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. This role focuses on ensuring products are properly displayed and priced to attract customers, while supporting sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and present merchandise on shelves with correct display, pricing, and POS materials.
• Monitor stock levels, check expiry dates, and perform FIFO rotation to minimize waste.
• Report any low stock items promptly to facilitate timely re-ordering.
• Promote products effectively, including new launches, to help achieve sales targets.
• Visit designated retail outlets regularly to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Keep track of competitor activities and market trends.
• Submit daily reports, including photos of merchandising setups and feedback from outlets.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of merchandising techniques and retail environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop relationships with customers and team members.
• Attention to detail, especially in stock management and visual presentation.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time during visits.
