Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a skilled Automotive General Technician to join our team in Bahrain. This role involves performing thorough vehicle inspections, regular servicing, and essential maintenance tasks to ensure vehicles operate safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in minor vehicle repairs, tire services, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

As an Automotive General Technician, your core duties will include:

• Conducting physical inspections at service points to assess vehicle condition.
• Performing routine vehicle servicing and steam cleaning to maintain vehicle hygiene.
• Executing minor repair tasks such as tire removal, wheel alignment, and balancing.
• Carrying out acid stripping on wheels and metal surfaces to enhance appearance and durability.
• Identifying and recommending additional repairs or maintenance during inspections.
• Ensuring customer requirements are fully met with high satisfaction.
• Properly utilizing and maintaining all tools and equipment for safety and efficiency.
• Completing all repair and maintenance work within established timelines.
• Meeting productivity targets set by the department consistently.
• Following established quality standards, processes, and company policies at all times.
• Complying with environmental, health, safety, and quality regulations as outlined in the company manual.
• Handling any other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Secondary School certificate or Diploma in a relevant technical field.
• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in automotive servicing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Solid understanding of vehicle maintenance, tire work, and general mechanical repairs.
• Strong attention to detail when inspecting vehicles and identifying issues.
• Ability to work efficiently within a team while meeting deadlines and productivity goals.
• Commitment to upholding safety and quality standards during all tasks.

Compensation and Benefits
