Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager specializing in Shutdown and Turnaround projects to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position requires a professional with a solid background in industrial services, particularly within the oil and gas, petrochemical, and EPC sectors. The successful candidate will oversee complex projects, ensuring they meet strict safety, quality, and budgetary standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating shutdown, turnaround, maintenance, and EPC projects. This includes managing manpower allocation, resource planning, project scheduling, and budgeting to ensure timely and efficient project completion. Additionally, the role demands maintaining strong client relationships, driving health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance measures, and promoting continuous operational improvements across projects.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 10 to 15 years of industry experience, with significant exposure to shutdowns, turnarounds, maintenance, or EPC projects.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role such as Operations Manager or Project Manager.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including manpower planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Approvals from SABIC and Aramco are essential.
• Experience working within the GCC region is highly desirable.
