Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and technically skilled Costing Assistant / Project Coordinator to join our signage and fabrication team located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves supporting project costing processes and coordinating project activities to ensure timely and efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will assist in preparing accurate project cost estimates and quotations, review technical drawings, bill of quantities (BOQs), and project specifications. Coordination with production, procurement, and installation teams is essential to maintain smooth workflow. Responsibilities also include calculating material requirements and quantities, monitoring project schedules, and ensuring delivery timelines are met. Regular communication with clients and internal departments is critical to facilitating project progress. Maintaining thorough documentation and detailed costing records will also be expected.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should hold a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Candidates with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience are preferred, but fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with fabrication processes is important, along with a good understanding of technical drawings. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and BOQ preparation is required. Strong communication and teamwork skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward learning will contribute to success in this role. Experience in signage, aluminum, mild steel, or stainless steel fabrication industries will be an advantage.
