Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Sales Executive with a strong track record in Facility Management and Pest Control services in Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on driving new business growth, nurturing lasting client partnerships, and consistently meeting sales objectives within the Khobar region.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities across various sectors. Your main duties will include:

• Developing new business leads within Facility Management and Pest Control sectors.
• Promoting a broad range of services such as maintenance, cleaning, pest management, landscaping, and other facility management solutions.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial, residential, and industrial clients.
• Preparing detailed proposals, quotations, and service contracts tailored to client needs.
• Conducting site inspections and client consultations to fully understand requirements.
• Consistently achieving or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
• Collaborating with operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Keeping up to date with industry market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Two to four years of proven sales experience in Facility Management or Pest Control services within Saudi Arabia.
• In-depth knowledge of the local Saudi market and established client networks.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets while operating under pressure.
• Possession of a valid Saudi driving licence is preferred.
• Transferable Iqama is mandatory.
