Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Manager to oversee ICT managed services within the UAE. This long-term, renewable contract role offers the opportunity to lead service delivery operations while ensuring excellent customer experience and adherence to agreed service levels.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage major incident handling, problem resolution, and change management processes, ensuring smooth and efficient service operations. They will govern SLAs, drive continuous service improvement initiatives, and maintain robust communication with stakeholders.

Required Skills and Expertise

• In-depth knowledge of ICT managed services and ITIL/ITSM frameworks
• Experience working with ServiceNow platform is highly desirable
• Proficiency in Azure cloud services, network infrastructure, and security management
• Strong background in incident, problem, and change management
• Ability to enforce SLA compliance and promote service quality enhancements
