The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and coaching within the F&B industry, particularly with hands-on experience in delivering practical training sessions across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive training programs focused on food and beverage services, emphasizing coffee and related products
• Coach and mentor staff across various outlets to ensure high operational standards
• Travel to assigned locations to implement and monitor training effectiveness
• Assess training needs and develop strategies to enhance employee skills and service quality

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in F&B operations and training roles
• Hands-on knowledge and proven ability in F&B and coffee-related training
• Strong communication and coaching skills with a hands-on approach
• Ability to manage training schedules across multiple sites effectively
• Pakistani national currently residing in Saudi Arabia
