Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Developer who specializes in Human Capital Management (HCM) Analytics. This role requires a candidate proficient in creating insightful analytics and dashboards that support HR decision-making processes with Oracle’s advanced data tools.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing semantic models, managing and improving HCM dashboards, and delivering high-quality reports using Oracle technologies. The developer will work closely with HR and IT teams to translate business needs into effective analytical solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
• In-depth knowledge of HCM Analytics and associated dashboards
• Experience with semantic modeling and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
• Proficiency in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
• Solid SQL skills for data querying and manipulation

Experience & Location

This position is based in the United Arab Emirates and requires candidates to have between 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Oracle FDI development and HCM analytics.
