We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team in Dubai. This full-time, permanent role caters specifically to Indian female candidates eager to contribute their expertise within the IT services, consulting, and outsourcing sector. Key Responsibilities

As an Accountant, your primary duties will include managing day-to-day accounting functions and business banking transactions. You will maintain ledgers, financial records, and prepare essential reports such as Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Funds Flow Statements. Handling accounts payable and receivable reconciliations will be a crucial part of your role, alongside reviewing invoices to detect any discrepancies.

Monthly income and expense reporting, payroll management, and ensuring the confidentiality and accuracy of all financial data are fundamental tasks. Proficiency in Tally ERP or similar accounting software is essential to smoothly handle these responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Accounting or Finance with at least one year of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for a Trainee Accountant role. Extensive experience with Tally ERP is mandatory, along with strong command over MS Excel, including advanced functions.

A solid understanding of general accounting principles, balance sheet preparation, and final accounts is necessary. Candidates with CA (Inter) or CMA qualifications will find their skills highly valued. Attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and effective communication skills are critical to succeed in this position.
