Jazeel Bakery & Café, a renowned pastry bakery and specialty café located near Panorama Mall in Boushar, Muscat, is looking to fill several key roles. We are currently hiring for two positions: Barista Supervisor and Bakery Assistant. Available Positions and Responsibilities

Barista Supervisor (2 Vacancies):

• Oversee daily café operations with a focus on specialty coffee preparation.
• Prepare espresso-based drinks and expertly steam milk to high standards.
• Lead and motivate the barista team to maintain consistent quality and service.
• Ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction by managing staff schedules and training.

Bakery Assistant (2 Vacancies):

• Support bakery operations involving mixing, shaping, and baking a variety of pastries and bread.
• Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and safety throughout the process.
• Collaborate with the bakery team to ensure timely and efficient production.
• Demonstrate eagerness to learn and contribute within a professional bakery setting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Barista Supervisor:

• Minimum of three years’ experience as a barista with at least one year in a supervisory or lead capacity.
• Strong understanding of specialty coffee preparation and café operations.
• Effective communication skills and team management experience.

Bakery Assistant:

• At least one to two years of hands-on bakery or pastry experience.
• Solid knowledge of bakery processes and a strong commitment to food safety standards.
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively within a bakery team.

Work Details and Benefits

• Working Hours: 9 hours per day with one day off per week.
