ONE PM Franchising is seeking a skilled Barista to join their team in Kuwait. This role is ideal for candidates with a passion for coffee and strong customer service abilities. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional coffee experience to customers while supporting daily café operations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful Barista will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages in accordance with company standards, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing friendly and responsive service to customers. Ensuring consistency in drink preparation and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere are key to this role.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least two years of proven experience in coffee preparation and barista duties.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
• Strong customer service orientation focused on creating positive interactions.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid transferable residency under Article 18 is mandatory.
• Currently residing in Kuwait, as applications are only accepted from candidates inside the country.
