Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Officer to join our CRM, Sales Operations, and Aftersales team in Kuwait’s paints and decorations industry. This role serves as an essential bridge between customers, the projects department, and site teams, ensuring each project is managed efficiently from handover to completion. Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Operations Officer, you will:
- Ensure customer and project files are complete and prepared for scheduling and execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after project transfer to the department.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding project transfer status, appointment windows, execution dates, and provide regular updates on site progress.
- Coordinate project schedules between the Sales Operations and Projects teams.
- Notify customers about their scheduled execution date range and reconfirm exact dates 48 hours prior to execution.
- Monitor daily site activities by liaising closely with supervisors.
- Address and resolve any site challenges through professional and timely communication with customers.
- Update and track project schedules in collaboration with the projects coordinator.
- Gather feedback from sales teams concerning key projects and coordinate special scheduling needs with the projects department.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and daily reporting tools is essential.
- Understanding of contracting, finishing, and paints industry operations.
- Strong communication and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while working under pressure.
- High level of patience, tolerance, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with AI tools for reporting, data analysis, or workflow enhancement is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
