Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Sales Assistant Supervisor to oversee daily operations within a dynamic new retail concept located in The Avenues Mall, Kuwait. This unique store combines a multi-brand section on one side and a mono-brand section on the other, requiring an organized and tech-savvy professional to maintain smooth functioning on both fronts.

In this role, you will manage website updates, ensure POS system accuracy, maintain stock integrity, and support sales activities. If you have a passion for retail, marketing, and leadership, this position offers an exciting opportunity to grow with an innovative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep both the Mono-Brand and Multi-Brand websites regularly updated with new products, ensuring flawless synchronization with POS systems regarding stock levels and pricing.
• Verify product information accuracy and stock quantities before and after updates to maintain seamless inventory management.
• Coordinate the delivery and organization of stock items efficiently within the store.
• Collaborate closely with in-store staff to boost operational performance and deliver excellent customer service.
• Perform sales assistant duties when needed, supporting the shop floor during busy periods.
• Work alongside the store owner to plan and publish creative content for each brand’s social media platforms, helping to expand online presence.
• Contribute ideas to enhance brand awareness and increase engagement through targeted marketing efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fluency in English is essential, with Arabic language skills considered a strong advantage.
• Proven experience in retail management and marketing within a professional setting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and handle pressure effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and familiarity with POS systems and e-commerce platforms.
• A background in jewellery retail is a plus but not mandatory.

Benefits and Compensation

The role offers a starting salary of 300 KD per month, with additional performance-based bonuses to be discussed during the hiring process. The position requires a commitment of 48 working hours weekly, with one day off per week.
