Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team within a fast-paced hospitality environment. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and VAT compliance to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

As an essential member of our finance department, your duties will include managing vendor invoices, processing payments, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in monthly reconciliations. You will collaborate closely with other departments to resolve discrepancies and support financial audits.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable functions
• Solid knowledge of accounting standards, VAT regulations, and bookkeeping
• High attention to detail paired with strong analytical abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using accounting software such as Sun System
• Good communication and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently
• Previous experience in the hospitality sector is a plus
