GCC Ginco Contracting LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Civil to lead the execution of high-end luxury villa community projects in Dubai. This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial mobilization to final handover, ensuring the utmost quality, schedule adherence, cost management, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager will take full accountability for managing ultra luxury villa community projects. Key duties include planning and monitoring project progress, controlling costs and resources, and ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards. Collaborating closely with clients, consultants, local authorities, and subcontractors is essential to maintain seamless communication and alignment throughout the project. The role also requires detailed review of technical drawings, RFIs, and material submittals and leading progress meetings while maintaining thorough documentation.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline and bring over 15 years of hands-on construction experience, particularly within the UAE market. Extensive expertise in managing ultra luxury villas or high-end residential community developments is crucial. Familiarity with Dubai’s regulatory requirements and approval processes is required. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership abilities, effective communication, solid stakeholder management skills, and a comprehensive understanding of planning, cost control, QA/QC procedures, and health, safety, and environmental protocols.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven success in delivering upscale villa community projects from inception through completion is highly desirable. Experience in managing large, diverse teams and coordinating multiple subcontractors adds significant value. Prior involvement with tier 1 UAE contractors and a track record of meeting demanding project specifications enhance candidacy.
