Join a reputable engineering company based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, as an Electrical Engineer. This role is designed for professionals with a minimum of five years of experience, reporting directly to the chairman. The position focuses on various engineering tasks, including design, analysis, and project coordination within the field of electrical engineering.

Key Responsibilities

The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for performing detailed engineering tasks such as analyzing, designing, and reviewing technical documents based on drawings, proposals, and specifications. You will prepare design models for new projects using industry-standard tools and collaborate closely with the sales team, project managers, and customers. Additional duties include preparing Bills of Material for switchgear assemblies, developing shop drawings for production, resolving issues on-site or at the production floor, and responding to customer technical comments in coordination with project management. Attending technical meetings with customers, contractors, and consultants forms an important part of this role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent discipline
• Proven experience in designing low voltage switchgear
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for preparing design models and technical drawings
• Strong understanding of relevant IEC codes and standards
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities
• Effective team player with a collaborative approach
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to offer advice and identify opportunities or risks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders
• Willingness to share knowledge and embrace different ideas
