Key Responsibilities

The HR Executive will play a vital role by overseeing the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. You will also manage employee relations, maintain HR records, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws. Additionally, you will coordinate visa processes and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and support.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2 to 4 years of proven experience in an HR role, preferably within the hospitality or F&B sector.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of UAE Labor Law and HR compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
