Key Responsibilities

As an Oil & Gas Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent using advanced sourcing techniques and platforms. The role demands strong skills in screening CVs, effectively communicating with candidates and clients, and negotiating job offers. For the Lead Recruiter position, you will also manage recruitment projects, lead a team, and ensure timely delivery of qualified professionals to meet organizational goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment within the oil and gas industry is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in using LinkedIn and other online sourcing tools to identify potential candidates.
• Excellent abilities in CV screening, candidate communication, and negotiation.
